Non-Refundable Rates – Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
Full and non-refundable prepayment is required upon booking.
No modifications or cancellations are allowed and in case of cancellation all deposits are non-refundable. The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon the check-in by the owner who must sign the slip of the credit card. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in, the property will charge another credit card on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. Photocopies and photographs of credit cards, as well as third party credit cards are not accepted. Electronic credit cards (e-cards, virtual cards) are not allowed.
Refundable Rates – Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
No cancellation fees apply for any cancellations received up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date are charged with 100% fees of the entire cost of the reservation.
No-shows or departures earlier than the scheduled departure date are charged with 100% fees of the entire cost of the reservation.
Deposit policy: you will be charged the total cost of your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date.
